Please share an example of Servant Leadership that you have witnessed.
Servant Leadership is covered in this weeks reading. Needed by Friday.

Figuring out a servant leader that I have witnessed was a little challenging until I looked deeper into the textbook.
A servant leader emphasizes the leaders to be attentive to the concerns of their followers, emphasize with them, and nurture them.
Reading this line made me realize one servant leader I have witnessed and got to know pretty well.
My pastor at my church back at home.
The characteristics of a good servant leader is a good listener and a pastor takes time and listens to the followers request and concerns of their personal life.
If someone is going through a hard time or lost a loved one, they show empathy and truly care about you and your physical and mental health.
They are there to help their followers in any type of way possible.
Also building a community was one of the characteristics of this type of leader and that is one thing pastors are amazing at is gathering a community together.
This is why I believe my pastor or any pastor in general is a great servant leader
