Growth Mindset Presentation
Use the following scenario for context:
As part of your school, district, or organization’s plan for improvement, the leadership team is considering a book study focusing on the concept of growth mindset. In the past, professional development opportunities have focused on servant leadership. Maintaining a culture of servant leadership remains a significant goal. The goal of the book study is to focus on a topic that supports servant leadership and transformational leadership while igniting the staff in a new and different way.
In order to introduce staff to the concept and book study plan, you have been asked to research the concept of growth mindset and to develop a brief presentation that you will share with the team as a way to ignite interest, enthusiasm, and a collective ownership for the book study.
